Mechanism: A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence found in human gastric juice, studied for effects on angiogenesis and connective tissue repair.
Evidence state: Extensive rodent literature. No completed randomised human trials.
Regulatory note: FDA placed BPC-157 on the 503A Category 2 bulk substances list in 2023, excluding it from pharmacy compounding, and has stated it is not a lawful dietary ingredient. This is the most restricted compound in our catalog.
