Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety, opened supplements, tonics, and consumables are non-returnable.
Write to concierge@decade.co with your order number. We'll send a pre-paid return label for orders within the US, UK, and EU. International returns are processed at your shipping cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving at our atelier. Card processors typically take a further 2–7 days.
Photograph the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email concierge@decade.co. We'll replace it or refund, your choice, no return required.
