What can I return?

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety, opened supplements, tonics, and consumables are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Write to concierge@decade.co with your order number. We'll send a pre-paid return label for orders within the US, UK, and EU. International returns are processed at your shipping cost.

When will I see my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving at our atelier. Card processors typically take a further 2–7 days.

Something arrived damaged.

Photograph the parcel and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email concierge@decade.co. We'll replace it or refund — your choice, no return required.
