What we know

Mechanism: Combines BPC-157 with a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein involved in actin regulation and cell migration during tissue repair.
Evidence state: Preclinical. TB-500 is prohibited in competitive sport under the WADA list.
Regulatory note: Both compounds are restricted. TB-500 is banned in sanctioned athletic competition — any athlete customer must be warned.
