Mechanism: Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide delivered intranasally, intended to bypass the extensive gut degradation that limits oral NAD+.
Evidence state: The oral precursor literature (NR, NMN) is substantial. Intranasal NAD+ specifically is close to unstudied.
